China Xue Long Tea

Xue Long tea, also known as ‘Snow Dragon’, is a rarity from the Fujian province, in south eastern China across the sea from Taiwan. A fine, tippy leaf, twisted flat to help the tea retain its extraordinarily soft, velvety characteristics. An elegant speciality.

Fujian is a mountainous province, which has made Fujian isolated throughout its history, particularly bordered by the Wuyi mountains to the north (Mount Wuyi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
