Yunnan White Dragon Tea

Yunnan White Dragon is almost a green tea, and has the distinctive white downy texture of other young whites. The long wiry leaves, and multiple white tips, unfold like a dream in the cup, yielding a delicate, smooth floral taste. An attractive yet uncommon green tea. Magnificent.

Fourty four million people live in the southern province of Yunnan (meaning "south of the clouds", referring to the clouds that form above the Yunling Mountains) in China.
